2ND ROUND OF BARANGAY INSPECTION ON ANTI-RED TAPE ACT (ARTA) COMPLIANCE
Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) in Manolo Fortich
The Municipal Internal Audit Services Office (MIASO), headed by Officer-in-Charge Rhazel R. Formoso, led the second round of barangay inspections for Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) compliance from November 17 to 27, 2025, across various barangays in Manolo Fortich.
The inspection aimed to evaluate the progress made since the initial round of assessments conducted last July and August 2025. The team reviewed whether the processes and services delivered by the Barangay Local Government Units to their constituents were appropriate, accurate, and compliant with ARTA standards.
After each inspection, the team provided feedback that included technical guidance and recommendations to the barangay officials in charge of ARTA. These inputs were intended to help enhance or strengthen ARTA implementation at the barangay level.
Aligned with the new 8-Point Agenda of Mayor Rogelio N. Quiño, Good Governance remains the top priority highlighting effective management and the continuous improvement of government services both at the barangay level and throughout the Municipality of Manolo Fortich.
