Education for All

a) Members of the Local School Board shall be expanded with inclusion of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer, the Federation President of Day Care Workers of Manolo Fortich and representatives from the Children’s Sector;

b) Special Education Fund shall also include priority projects and programs relating to Early Childhood Education Development;

c) Hard- to- reach communities with at least 20 number of 2-4 years old children shall be provided with Day Care Center ;

d) Additional classroom building in identified overly populated public school from Pre-School to Secondary leve
