Functional Statement

1. Review and consolidate budget proposals of different departments and offices of the LGU.
2. Assist the LCE in the preparation of the annual and supplemental budgets.
3. Study and evaluate budgetary implications of proposed legislation and submit comments and recommendations thereon.
4. Act as member of the Local Finance Committee

Vision: An office that continues to provide efficient and effective budgetary support services to the Government Programs in the delivery of basic services and facilities to the community.

Mission: To carry out plans and programs of the local government unit through effective financial planning and budgeting of local government funds.

Organizational Outcome: Provided efficient and effective budgetary services to the Municipality’s Programs for the development of goals and objectives of the LGU
