LGU Office and Division Heads undergo Management Retreat
Emphasizes importance of leadership in public service
The office and division heads of the Municipal Government of Manolo Fortich participated in a Management Retreat on September 25-26, 2023, at Civoleg Hilltop Garden Resort in Gingoog City.
This retreat serves as a shining example of the importance of thoughtful employee development, especially in leadership, and how it can yield significant benefits for public administration.
By emphasizing peer learning and values development, this retreat empowered government leaders to successfully navigate the complexities of modern governance. It also facilitated valuable connections not only with clients but also among colleagues in the government office.
The Management Retreat was conducted by Dr. Dixon Yasay and facilitated by Human Resource and Management Office.
