IMPASUGONG – This year’s Kaamulan Festival witnessed the second comeback of the LGU Manolo Fortich Rodeo Team as they competed and secured awards at the recently concluded Kaamulan Rodeo Competition last weekend, on March 23 to 24, 2024, at the Impasugong Central Elementary School Grounds, Poblacion, Impasugong, Bukidnon.
Twenty-two different teams from around the province of Bukidnon, such as the Mapawa Rodeo Team, LGU Libona Rodeo Team, Wang-Wang Rodeo Team, Impasugong Rodeo Team, LGU Sumilao Rodeo Team, Valencia City Rodeo Team, and others, competed and showcased their skills in various categories including Barrel Race, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, 4-man Carambola, Breakaway Roping, Ribbon Picking, and the extreme Bullride.
The LGU Manolo Fortich Rodeo Team, in its second year of participation, bagged the following awards: 4th Place in both the categories of Team Roping and Bullride, competed by the following players:

Overall, the two-day Kaamulan Rodeo 2024 competition was an avenue that displayed the strength and talent of the different cowboys and cowgirls from all around Bukidnon, especially the LGU Manolo Fortich Rodeo Team for their feat and leaving a mark among the 22 competing teams. Commendations are extended to their performance, as well as gratitude for bringing pride and hoisting excellence in sports among Manoleños.
