15 owners/representatives of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Manolo Fortich attended a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management Seminar (CRMS) held at the Bahay Tulugan in Barangay Tankulan, on April 21, 2025.

The seminar aimed to equip MSMEs with the skills and knowledge needed to enhance client satisfaction and build strong customer relationships. Negosyo Center - Trade Industry Development Analyst (TIDA) Jayson Albarracin, the resource speaker, shared valuable insights on various topics, including understanding customer needs and demands, effective approaches to customer service, especially in times of conflict, and strategies for enhancing client satisfaction, among others.

Resource speaker Albarracin underlined the importance of conducting the CRMS for the MSMEs, stating that gaining the customer’s trust and loyalty is the ultimate goal. “Nag-conduct ta ani since atong mga MSMEs naa paman ni sila sa developing stage. Isip frontliner sa amoang company, chada siya nga experience kay maka-enlighten sa atong mind kung unsa ka importante nga atong palanggaon ug amumahon gyud ang atong customers. We all know nga ang atong customer gyud is sila gyud atong source of revenue sa atong company,” Sayagnon stated.

The successful conduct of this seminar is a collaborative effort between the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO), Manolo Fortich Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.
