REAL QUALITY PUBLIC SERVICE: EMPOWERING BARANGAY DICKLUM THROUGH COMMUNITY INITIATIVES

Breast Milk Drive for Manolo Fortich Human Milk Hub

On April 12, 2024, Real Quality Public Service (RQPS) extended its services to the people of Barangay Dicklum for the 24th round, spanning 17 years. The program commenced with a Zumba dance session led by retired Brigadier General Punong Barangay Raynaldo G. Mutiangpili.

 

The short program was inaugurated by Councilor Joy Cordoves, followed by the turnover ceremony of 100 chairs and three water dispensers donated by Vice-Governor Clive D. Quiño as part of his initiative to support every barangay in Bukidnon.

 

One of the highlights during the RQPS is the Breast Milk Drive for Manolo Fortich Human Milk Hub, where members of Modern Nanays and volunteers donated breast milk for babies who need especially in emergency cases.

 

“Naa tay mga cases nga naa sa Neonatal Intensive Care Unit ilahang mga bata, naa pud uban nga namatay gyud ang mama, so si Human Milk Hub siya ang mag-provide og gatas para sa mga bata nga nanginahanglan og kanang breast milk gyud kay ato mang gina encourage nga breast milk ra gyud ang gihatag sa unang unom ka bulan sa atong mga bata,” statement by Municipal Nutrition Officer Rikkie Mae Lucero.
