Manolo Fortich Recognizes Outstanding Achievements in Flag-Raising Ceremony

During the flag-raising ceremony on March 3, 2025, at the Municipal Grounds in Barangay Tankulan, the Sangguniang Bayan Office, led by Vice Mayor Reynaldo L. Bagayas Jr., presented a resolution recognizing individuals for their outstanding achievements.

Athletic Excellence Recognized

Congratulations were extended to Mr. Godfrey Aparecio for his remarkable achievement as a quarterfinalist in the 2024 World Pickleball Championship (5th Edition), held from September 24-30, 2024, in Sanur, Denpasar Selatan City, Bali, Indonesia. His dedication and excellence in pickleball serve as an inspiration to aspiring athletes in the municipality.

Sincere commendations were also given to the Del Monte PAL Seniors team for successfully defending their championship title at the 76th Philippine Airlines (PAL) Senior Interclub Tournament, held on February 13, 2025, at the Negros Occidental Golf and Country Club in Bacolod City. Their outstanding performance continues to inspire young Manoleño golfers to pursue the sport, bringing honor and prestige to the municipality.

Recognition for Health Initiatives

Gratitude and appreciation were extended to Relief International for its vital role in the successful implementation of the immunization program by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Manolo Fortich, through the Municipal Health Office (MHO). Under the exemplary leadership of Municipal Health Officer Dr. Joanne Marie V. Dueñas, the MHO achieved a remarkable Fully Immunized Children (FIC) rate of 87% in 2024—the highest among all cities and municipalities in Bukidnon, as recognized by the Department of Health Region 10 through the Provincial Health Office - Bukidnon. The invaluable support of Relief International significantly contributed to this milestone.

Commendation for PESO’s Outstanding Service

The LGU of Manolo Fortich also recognized the Public Employment and Scholarship Office (PESO) for its dedication and exemplary service, which earned them multiple awards at the 2024 PESO National Congress and the 2024 Regional DOLE-X and PESO/JPO Year-End Performance Assessment (YEPA). Their unwavering commitment led to the receipt of two (2) Certificates of Recognition, four (4) Special Citations, and two (2) Plaques of Recognition.

Young Football Champions Honored

Manoleños Rey Nathan Tao-on, Vince Ezekiel Pasilan, and Reign Adam Togonon were also recognized and congratulated for their outstanding achievement as Shield Champions under the Uno Dragons Football Club at the Bangkok International Youth Cup, held on December 7-8, 2024. At such a young age, they have already brought honor to their club and the Philippines. Their dedication, perseverance, and teamwork serve as an inspiration to young Manoleño athletes, encouraging them to strive for excellence in their respective sports.

Loyalty Awards for Dedicated LGU Employees

The Human Resources and Management Office (HRMO) granted Loyalty Awards to 12 LGU employees in recognition of their dedication and years of service:

10 years of service: Sarah T. Binayao, Editha C. Dolor, and Maribeth A. Barrio
15 years of service: Darvin G. Abonitalla, Eduard N. Cabañas, Ronald John R. Cajilla, Ma. Eluna O. Chavez, Romeo V. Pagutayao, and Analyn C. Enguito
20 years of service: Larrymae V. Salingay
35 years of service: Eden B. Olemberio
40 years of service: Editha B. Saligumba
