RQPS or Real Quality Public Service Team Visits Barangay Guilang-guilang
RQPS at Guilang-guilang
The RQPS or Real Quality Public Service was held in Barangay Guilang-guilang in Manolo Fortich on February 17, 2023 to provide the usual, free, quality services the program extends to residents.
Barangay Guilang-guilang was the first barangay that was given public service by the program in the beginning of its 23rd round within 16 years ever since it was founded, headed by Mayor Rogelio N. Quiño, year 2007.
The usual services include free medical check-up, tooth extraction, eye check up and eyewear, and prescriptions with free vitamins and medicine. The office of the Building Official (OBO) also gave their free assistance, as well as free business permit registration from the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO), and processing of driver’s license from the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
