The Public Employment and Scholarship Office (PESO) of Manolo Fortich, together with the Department of Labor and Employment, successfully conducted a "Career Guidance and Employment Coaching" to Grade 10 and Grade 12 students of different schools of Manolo Fortich and Labor Education for Graduating Students to college students of Northern Bukidnon State College last March 28-31, 2023.
Career Guidance, Employment Coaching, and Labor Education for graduating students are one of DOLE's projects that provides direction, provision, and ability to have career readiness, plan, make career decisions and achieve career maturity. Hence, PESO Manolo Fortich also focuses on securing a challenging position in a reputable organization to expand their learnings, knowledge, and skills.
Last March 28, 2023, the office conducted Career Guidance and Employment Coaching to 31 Grade 12 students of Dalirig National High School with Ms. Jalou Lee- Cabunoc as resource speaker, and in the afternoon on the same date, students of Sankanan National High School also participated the said activity with 32 Grade 12 students and 64 Grade 10 students with Ms. Joanne Balendez- Abella as resource speaker on the topic "Road to the Right Career Choices: Making Sound Career Choice in the New Normal."
March 29, 2023, the office also conducted Career Guidance and Employment Coaching to 286 Grade 12 students of Manolo Fortich National High School with Mr. Jesuriz E. Mabaso (Labor Employment Officer I) from Department of Labor and Employment and Mr. Roger O. Molina, the PESO Manager of the Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich as resource speaker of the said event. March 30, 2023, St. Jude Thaddeus High School of Damilag also participated in Career Guidance and Employment Coaching with 78 Grade 12 students, with Ms. Jalou Lee- Cabunoc as resource speaker.
Labor Education for Graduating Students was also given to graduating students of Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC), held on March 31, 2023. The activity aims to prepare graduating students to enter the world of work. The seminar will also help them familiarize themselves with DOLE's employment facilitation services, Labor Market Information (LMI) and the First Time Jobseekers Act.

Almaden the School President of Northern Bukidnon Community College.
