LGU MANOLO FORTICH RECOGNIZES RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS DURING FLAG RAISING CEREMONY

Monday, October 9, 2023 ‒ The LGU of Manolo Fortich acknowledges and awards recent commendable achievements done by fellow Manoleños during the Flag Raising Ceremony held at Manolo Fortich Municipal Hall Grounds, Barangay Tankulan.

This initiative of recognizing the awardees is headed by Sangguniang Bayan Member Councilor Rina E. Quiño states, “A resolution commending and expressing heartfelt gratitude to Alvin Bautista Cempron for winning the grand prize in the Conventional category of the 2023 PAGCOR Photo Contest held last September 13, 2023 at the National Museum of National History in Manila, Philippines.”

Moreover, among the 5,400 nationwide entries of PAGCOR’s (Philippines Amusement and Gaming Corporation) Photo Contest 2023, Cempron’s photo is among the 24 entries who were chosen as grand winners.

Another recognition was given through the resolution of Councilor Quiño states, “A resolution profoundly recognizing the achievement of Kyle Mozart Simbajon Ramos for being ranked number one tennis player for boys 12 years and under in the recent Philippines Tennis Association (PhilTa) as of September 30, 2023.”

Moreover, PhilTa (Philippines Tennis Association) is the national governing body for Tennis in the Philippines since 1920, it has released its national rankings and three players from Mindanao are placed first in various categories specifically Kyle Mozart Simbajon Ramos from Damilag, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, as he ranked no. 1, in the 12 years and under Boys Category.

The awardees received framed certificates with the indicated resolution prepared by the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan and given by Municipal Mayor Rogelio N. Quiño to the awardees along with Vice Mayor Reynaldo L. Bagayas Jr. and the municipal councilors.
