HRMO concludes 6-Day Training-Orientation Program

Equips employees with necessary rules and policies

The Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO) of the Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich recently concluded the 6-day training-orientation program for casual and permanent employees. The program was held from October 19 to 20, October 23 to 24, and November 6 to 7, 2023.

The program covered a wide range of topics, including the on-boarding process, leave policies, and the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS). The goal of the program was to provide employees with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in their roles and to contribute to the company's sustainable growth and strong organizational presence.

The HRMO is committed to providing employees with the training and development they need to be successful. The 6-day training-orientation program catered about 108 casual and regular employees.
