A zumba dance kicked off the 24th round of Real Quality Public Service in Barangay Minsuro, inside the barangay’s covered court, on February 2, 2024.
Along with the Sangguniang Bayan members led by Vice Mayor Reynaldo Bagayas Jr., Municipal Mayor Rogelio N. Quiño conveyed his heartfelt appreciation for the barangay's warm welcome to the RQPS program.
Barangay Chairman Chairperson Maryjane P. Guilayan expressed her gratitude to Mayor Quiño and the RQPS team for their unwavering service of complementary assistance for the residents.
The Mobile Diagnostic Machine, also called the Mobile Laboratory, was a new service introduced in the 24th round of the RQPS, and 21 residents were able to take advantage of it. This lab test includes a free assessment of cholesterol, uric acid, blood sugar, and an electrocardiogram or also known as ECG.
One of the beneficiaries of the Mobile Laboratory was Jinky Chavez, a 50-year-old resident of Zone 1, Minsuro, who was provided with a free ECG. Chavez claims that this is her second ECG procedure following her diagnosis in Cagayan de Oro City, where her abnormal heart rate was detected by the ECG. Kang Mayor RQ ug sa among Kapitan, daghan kaayong salamat.”, Chavez stated.
As always, many benefited from free, delicious champurado and tinolang manok as well as the services offered by the Local Civil Registrar, Office of the Building Officials, and free vaccination and deworming of livestock and pets handled by Municipal Agriculture Office personnel. Among the several free services are the Medical Check-up, tooth extraction, haircut, massage, and many more.
Conversely, the Barangay received assistance from the Provincial Vice Governor in the form of two water dispensers and one hundred monoblock chairs. Councilor Rina E. Quiño, the spouse of Vice Governor Clive D. Quiño, led the turnover ceremony.
