J&T EXPRESS BECOMES OFFICIAL COURIER OF DOCUMENTS FOR LGU MANOLO FORTICH

Municipal Mayor Rogelio N. Quiño of the Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PH Global Jet Express INC., commonly known as J&T Express, making it the official courier of permits and certificates for the Electronic Business One-Stop-Shop (eBOSS) clients and other documents of the LGU of Manolo Fortich on Tuesday, March 26, 2026.

The eBOSS is a website where online applications and renewals for business permits can be made by business owners around Manolo Fortich, aiming to make transactions accessible and easier. Launched in September 2022, it has now advanced to provide more comfort to its users in Manolo Fortich by partnering with J&T Express for document delivery.

“Ang MOA man gud, na come up ni siya in line sa atong digital implementation sa eBOSS. Ang initiative ani is si client, if ga apply siya via online, dili na siya need mo agto sa munisipyo to get the permit. Mao nang nakigpartner with J&T for the physical delivery of permits and clearances,” explains Business Permit and Licensing Office Licensing Officer Mae Paurillo, who was also present at the MOA signing along with her personnel.

Aside from being the official courier of eBOSS permits and clearances, Municipal Administrator Engr. Joie Caesar Gaid and Executive Secretary Atty. Ricci Jamila also arranged for the MOA to not only be limited to eBOSS but for J&T Express to become the official courier of certificates, clearances, and other related documents for all the offices of the LGU of Manolo Fortich to various agencies nationwide or internationally.

Such a partnership is also a commendable achievement for J&T Express. “This is the first municipal na nahimong VIP Client namo sa J&T. Lipay kaayo mi kay ang Manolo Fortich ang first municipal nga ni approach sa amo para mahimo namong client. We are very much thankful for the opportunity na inyong gihatag sa amoa,” adds Tundag.

In response, Mayor Rogelio N. Quiño also expresses his gratitude for the collaboration between the LGU and J&T Express, stating, “Thank you for the collaboration and partnership you have given sa atong Local Government Unit. We can now improve our services to our citizens.”

The long-term agreement and partnership with J&T Express will only require renewals after a year with discounts and shipping fees for every transaction to be applied as soon as services start
