BANOG-BANOG FESTIVAL NIGHT CAFE SERVES UP DELECTABLE DELIGHTS TO MANOLEÑOS

Happy 5th Banog-Banog Festival Manoleños!

April 4, 2024 — Manolo Fortich joyously commemorated its 107th Charter Day as the municipality celebrated unity and resilience. In line with this, the Manoleños were thrilled as the municipality proudly kicked off the 5th Banog-Banog Festival at the municipal gymnasium.

“Throughout this festival, we have prepared a diverse array of activities. That’s not only for entertainment but also to educate and inspire action towards conservation of our Philippine Eagles to continue to thrive in the mountains of our beloved Bukidnon,” said Honorable Rina E. Quiño, Chairperson of the Committee on Tourism.

In a month-long celebration, various events will be anticipated such as BB. Manolo Fortich 2024, Cultural Street Parade, Banog-Banog Fashion Show, Hot Air Balloon, and many more.

Additionally, if one is looking to relax and is a food lover, the Banog-Banog Night Café featuring live bands is set beside the municipal gymnasium. With 28 concessionaires offering various delicious foods like those from Chintzy’s Café, Margarita, Hungry Bull, Alter’s Café, Beer Hub, Burgers and Beyond, and the Wakay Farm and Sweets. Your taste buds will surely be satisfied with the menu options ranging from barbecue, tacos, pizza, beer, shakes, and fruit juices.

“Gabalik-balik gyud mi dani kay very enjoying, good siya with family, friends, and your lovers and maingon ra gyud nako nga sulit kaayo ang imohang magasto kung diri mo muanhi sa night cafe,” said Zysa Sangarios. “Sa wala pa ka anhi, anhi na guys kay ang food is 10 out of 10 and nice ang music.” She added.

Aside from the lively atmosphere in the night cafe, tourists should not worry about safety as the Philippine National Police and members from the Civilian Volunteer Organizations from Tankulan, Dicklum, San Miguel, and Dalirig are ensuring security, making it a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
