The diligent preparation of the participants with the rigorous evaluation by the Municipal Agriculture Office already came to its conclusion as the Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich announced the winners of the Utanan sa Tugkaran and Gulayan sa Paaralan last November 25, 2022 at the Municipal Gymnasium. Utanan sa Tugkaran and Gulayan sa Paaralan are previous special project of Mayor Rogelio N. Quiños Administration turned into a regular project in line with the municipal’s vision in alleviating poverty through sustainable means such as backyard gardening.

Present in the awarding are the different dignitaries from partner agencies such as the Agricultural Training Institute, Department of Agriculture Field Office 10 and DA-Bukidnon Provincial Office who continually show their support in this program along with the other programs and activities by the Municipal Agriculture Office headed by Municipal Agriculturist Gemma Cania. Provincial Vice Governor Clive D. Quiño, Manolo Fortich Vice Mayor Reynaldo Bagayas Jr, Committee Chair on Agriculture Councilor Elzevir A. Dagunlay, Committee Chair on Infrastructure and Engineering Councilor Junidini Artajo are also present during the awarding who are also constant supporters to the programs and activities of LGU Manolo Fortich.
The winning barangays and schools shall receive cash prizes and certificates. 1st Place received Php 8,000, 2nd Place received Php 5,000 and 3rd place received Php 3,000 including assorted vegetables seeds, fertilizers, ug assorted planting materials. The evaluation of the said competition started last October 24, 2022 and ended on November 7, 2022 anchored with the theme "Tubag sa Panginahanglan sa Pagkaon ug Nutrisyon karon sa New Normal nga Panahon".
