In the age of media, science, and technology, innovation is among the core endeavors of Manolo Fortich to make its services accessible. The Management Information System Office (MISO) establishes the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Council of the Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich through the Integrated Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP) Orientation last March 6, 2024, at the Eliana Farm Resort and Villa, Barangay Dicklum.
The established ICT Council of the municipality will collaboratively work in strategizing and planning out technological and digital approaches in making public service efficient. This service can provide the access of Manoleños to relevant ICT infrastructures and services. To give full guidance of the council, personnel from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) 10 served as resource speakers.

Ricci Jamila on adapting to technological advancements.
The ISSP Orientation welcomed both public and private agencies that can serve as partners and members of the council. On ways forward, the orientation is only the beginning of the numerous projects the ICT council has to shape. Activities such as benchmarking, re-echoing, planning workshops, strategic planning, and the like are set to transpire within the year. Among its projects is also to be an adopted and ordained council by the Manolo Fortich Sangguniang Bayan before 2024 ends.
Moreover, Engr. Rosemarie Emano of DICT 10 leaves a statement that can elevate the council to carry out their duty, “I encourage each of you to actively participate, share insights, and raise questions as we navigate through these vital topics. Let us seize this opportunity to learn from one another, exchange experiences, and collectively chart a path towards digital transformation and sustainable development in Manolo Fortich.”
