The public is advised to exercise caution and vigilance when dealing with the so-called 𝑨𝑫𝑽𝑨𝑵𝑪𝑬 𝑭𝑬𝑬 𝑺𝑪𝑨𝑴!

According to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), registered and legitimate lending and financing companies do not ask for an advance payment.

The Advance Fee Scam is a modus operandi of those posing as registered lending or financing companies that offer loans, requesting a down payment or advance fee to approve the loan applied by the borrower.

Avoid being a victim! The lending and financing company must be legitimate, registered, and listed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
