On-Site Inspection of Infrastructure Projects in Manolo Fortich

PMC inspects ongoing and completed infrastructure projects in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, in line with Mayor Rogelio Quiño’s 9th priority — Infrastructure — under his 10-Point Agenda.

MANOLO FORTICH, BUKIDNON – In line with the 9th priority — Infrastructure — in Mayor Rogelio N. Quiño’s 10-Point Agenda, the LGU of Manolo Fortich ensures that all projects strictly follow approved plans and uphold quality standards.

On August 12, 2025, the Project Monitoring Committee (PMC) conducted an on-site inspection and validation of both ongoing and completed projects across several barangays in the municipality.

 

Part of Mayor Quiño’s Commitment to Quality Infrastructure
The inspection reinforces Mayor Quiño’s directive that infrastructure development should not only meet timelines but also maintain high construction quality.
Leading the inspection was Vice Mayor Reynaldo L. Bagayas Jr., Chairperson of the Committee on Infrastructure (Public Works & Engineering) and the Committee on Disaster Resilience.

 

Completed Projects in Barangay Mantibugao
The PMC reviewed the completed slope protection and drainage project in Purok 3 and 4, Barangay Mantibugao.

  • Project Cost: ₱3 million
  • Funding Source: 20% Local Development Fund (LDF)
  • Contractor: Dranlive Construction Services
  • Timeline: Started January 31, 2025 – Completed August 4, 2025

 

Ongoing Projects for Community Development
National Child Development Centers (NCDC)

  • Zone-5, Barangay Mantibugao – ₱2.8 million
  • Sitio Kisabong, Barangay Agusan Canyon – ₱2.7 million
  • Barangay Minsuro – ₱2.7 million

      All funded through the 20% LDF for 2025.

 

Disaster Resilience and Public Health Improvements
The PMC also inspected infrastructure upgrades aimed at improving disaster preparedness and healthcare services:

  • Improvement of Evacuation Center, Purok 2-B, Barangay Mantibugao – ₱2.2 million (5% LDRRMF 2025)
  • Improvement of Front Area of Health Triage and MESDRU with Landscaping – ₱1 million (5% LDRRMF 2025)
  • Rehabilitation of Evacuation Center, Purok 15, Damilag (Phase 1) – ₱5 million (20% LDF)

 

Road Development for Agricultural Support

To improve farm access and transport of goods, the 1-kilometer Ticala Farm-to-Market Road is being cemented.

  • Project Cost: ₱23.5 million
  • Funding Source: 20% LDF
