NOTICE OF VIOLATION 

From Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) realased a notice regarding the company North Ridge Marketing Consultancy Services for the illegal sale of lands in Barangay Lingion. Based on the letter from DHSUD,during the conducted evaluation and verification of records, the company sold lands without Development Permit, Certificate of Registration and License to Sell including  Advertisement Approval.

The public is hereby informed by the Local Governement of Manolo Fortich to be always vigilant and report  illegal land sellers in the municipality who do not have pertinent documents. Please contact the Office of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator through this number 0917-729-3502.
